I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with many years of experience supporting children and teens through community mental health and behavioral interventions. I've seen firsthand how powerful it can be when young people feel truly heard and taken seriously. I work with individuals navigating depression, communication challenges, and confidence struggles, helping them build skills and resilience. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral techniques, and person-centered work to address the root of what's weighing on them. I'm committed to creating a space where you or your teen feels safe, respected, and supported in working toward meaningful change. I offer in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
